Example Itinerary

Here is an example itinerary we’ve made for you to see just some of the joys of The Cotswolds and the things you can expect to see and do during your Cotswolds Adventure.

Day 1: Arrive at Didmarton

Explore the local area of Malmesbury where you’ll find The Abbey House Gardens, five acres of manicured gardens surrounding a 1300-year-old Malmesbury Abbey where you’ll enjoy maintaining a safe social distance.
If antiques are more your thing, head over to the historic wool town of Tetbury with a large concentration of antique dealers on Long Street and Church Street.

Day 2: Didmarton > Winchcombe

Head over to the large spa town of Cheltenham where you can admire the Regency architecture, do a spot of retail therapy with world-class shops or visit Pitville Park & Pump Room
Take an evening stroll through Winchcombe and watch the sunset.

Day 3: Winchcombe > Buckland Marsh

Pull on your walking boots and choose between absorbing Oxfordshire’s finest rolling green vistas and medieval architecture or heading to the water to follow the iconic Thames Path National Trail which stretches 294km all the way to the Thames Barrier. Use their website to plan your day’s walk.
